OUR CLASSES

Everyone has busy schedules so we have classes on from early morning to evening. We want to make sure everyone can get a workout in. We have a coach: client ratio of 1:15 to ensure every athlete in our community is getting their individual needs met. We don't want anyone to fly under the radar or hide in a corner because that's no good for anyone.
